Eiga háskólanemendur að lifa á loftinu – Málstofa 17. mars um réttindi nemenda í sumar!

• Vissir þú að það er óvíst hvort að nemendum við Háskóla Íslands stendur til boða lánshæf sumarnámskeið í sumar?
• Vissir þú að réttur námsmanna til atvinnuleysisbóta hefur verið
  afnuminn?  Vissir þú að óljóst er hvort sveitafélögin veiti námsmönnum
  fjárhagsaðstoð yfir sumartímann þrátt fyrir framfærsluskyldu?

Nemendafélög félagsráðgjafadeildar, Ólafía og Mentor standa fyrir
málstofu fimmtudaginn 17. mars um réttindi nema í sumar. Málstofan
verður haldin í Öskju stofu 132 kl. 13:15 – 14:15 þar sem Árni Páll
félagsmálaráðherra og Katrín Jakobsdóttir menntamálaráðherra sitja
fyrir svörum.

Að auki mun fulltrúi nemenda, Jens Fjalar Skaptason formaður Stúdentaráðs HÍ koma með innlegg í umræðuna.

Hvernig eiga nemendur að sjá fyrir sér í sumar? Eiga nemendur að
lifa á loftinu? Fjölmennum öll og berjumst fyrir réttindum nemenda!! 

Are university students to live on the air? – Lecture on students
rights this summer, March 17. Did you know that it is uncertain whether
students at the University of Iceland can take summer courses this
summer?

Did you know that students do not have the right for unemployment benefits?

Did you know that students, who receive a loan from LÍN this year,
do not appear to have the right for financial support from local
authorities/district?

Students from the social worker department are holding a lecture
regarding student’s rights next summer. The lecture will be held March
17, in room 132 at Askja at 13:15-14:15 where Árni Páll from the
Ministry of Social affairs and Katrín Jakobsdóttir from the Ministry of
Education will answers student’s questions.

How are students to provide for themselves this summer? Are students
supposed to live on air? Let’s all come together and fight for the
rights of students!
