The Family Committee focuses on issues concerning students who are parents. It stands up for these students' rights and organizes events for families at the University. This committee makes sure that the University respects students who are parents, for example regarding student loans and parental leave, and organizes seminars and events for parents and their children at the University.

The Family Committee started up a parent interest group within the University last winter and has been working diligently with it on all sorts of projects.
